Linux Infra/Kuberenetes/Openstack/KVM Automation with/or Devops/DevOpSec
We can deploy Linux Server Infra and Kuberenetes node/cluster/pod with DevopSec. In which we spin build on Jenkins as git push the new code as infra(Shell script/Ansible Script/Python Script/Kubernetes script/helm/Dockerfile,etc). As Jenkin Job trigger it copy Infra as code repo to Jenkin machine and then transfer execution to Infra as code which build all new Infra(Linux Server Infra/Kubernernets deployment/Openstack/KVM/Ansible script for other Infra setup/etc) or modify Infra. At last after deployment we can do dynamic penetration testing of IT Infra and Application.
AWS Deployment Automation with DevopSec and AWS Security Service
AWS is mostly used and mature public cloud. Our service includes AWS Security Fix along with AWS Deployment of Web Infra. Some AWS service for Web Infra are EC2, EBS, KMS (encryption), S3/Glacier, Auto scaling/Load balancer, RDS (Database service SQL/Nosql, In memory database)/RDS scaling, CloudFront, Monitoring/Cloudwatch, Route53 (DNS), AWS config (compliance), AWS CloiudTrail (Log collection for analysis), AWS Macie (S3 malicious filtering), AWS Inspector (Log Analysis for Security), AWS GaurdDuty (Detect Malware and threat), AWS WAF/Advance Shield (for DDos and Web/Server security threat protection), EKS (kuberentes deployment on AWS cloud), ECS (AWS managed container service), Green and Blue Deployment ( In which we move old production environment from live to decommission and move new tested environment to production environment with no more down time)
These all service can be automated with Ansible to deploy through CICD piplline (Devops) on approval. For Devops we use Jenkins or/and Gitlab CI to automate Code Repository, Code build, Code Test along with Program Source Code analysis to prevent security threat, Code Deployment (using Ansible) and at last Dynamic Web Penetration Testing of Deployed Web Application. There are various environment in Devops as below
1. Development Environment (Development purpose)
2. Test Environment (Before production for finalizing as Production after all test pass)
3. Production Environment (Live environment)
These environment work parallel with Devops Pipelines as agile methodology
Machine Learning Service
In this service we try to dig into Data and find pattern for classification problem or Regression problem. There are several method to find pattern which known feature engineering technique to model training. In feature engineering we try to find most changing field of data with some pattern like it can be linear or polinomial or Gaussian patter or log pattern etc. We first try to do visualize and try to find data summaries where we can see some pattern. If required we scale data in min-max, standard, logirithm etc. Our main aim is to find pattern in data using feature engineering or Modeling to get prediction in classifications or values.
